At Rat Pack Research, we operate under strict quality control and handling standards. Due to the nature of our products and to preserve product integrity, safety, and compliance, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped.

By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree that your purchase is non-refundable and non-returnable, except where required by applicable law.

No Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Incorrect product selection

• Opened or unopened items

• Shipping delays once the order has left our facility

• Carrier issues outside of our control

• Incorrect shipping information entered by the customer

Customers are responsible for verifying all order details prior to checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

• Order number

• Clear photos of the product and outer packaging

• Description of the issue

If approved, we may issue a replacement at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued unless required by law.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order leaves our facility, responsibility transfers to the carrier. Rat Pack Research is not responsible for:

• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

• Carrier delays

• Address errors submitted at checkout

Customers may contact the carrier directly for delivery disputes.

Chargebacks & Fraud

We actively dispute unauthorized chargebacks with:

• Order confirmation

• IP and transaction verification

• Carrier delivery confirmation

Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to payment processors and relevant authorities.

Compliance with New Mexico Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. Nothing in this policy limits any rights that consumers may have under applicable federal or New Mexico consumer protection laws.
